Founding and Managing Partner of Connect Partners, Camille has more than 30 years of experience in consulting, restructuring and M&A in industries such as IT, Security & Defense and Internet. Previously he was the Managing Partner of Ernst & Young Consulting, Brazil, Managing Director of Unisys, CEO of Cambridge Technology Partners and and Tesla, and General Manager of Fidelity BPO, Brazil. Also, he served on the Board of Directors of Karsten S/A and currently is a member of the Fiscal Council of Inepar S/A.

Camille holds a degree in Business from Roger Williams College, USA, and participated in executive programs from Kellogg School of Management and Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He is a certified board member by IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance).

Partner of Connect Partners, Luiz Eduardo has more than 34 years of professional experience in several pharmaceutical companies, such as Merrell Lepetit, HMR, Glaxo Wellcome, Byk, Altana, Nycomed, Hypermarcas / Hypera Pharma, where he was President of Pharmaceutical and Chairman of the Board and União Química. Previously, Violland worked in the Oil & Gas area, at Esso and Shell Petróleo, and in Chemicals at Shell and Dow. Luiz Eduardo worked in the Foreign Trade area at the Brazilian Embassy in Washington.

Luiz Eduardo has a degree in Economics from UERJ, Business Administration from FGV and an MBA in Finance from Coppead/UFRJ and in Marketing from George Washington University.

Nelson was Director of Biolab, Farmasa and more recently Eurofarma, where he worked until 2020. Previously, he was responsible for launching the Zodiac operation in Brazil, as well as Area Manager for Latam and President of Recofarma, Brazilian subsidiary of Recordati Italy, and Regional Manager and Assistant Director of Instituto Lorenzini. His professional career began as a propagandist and manager of Carlo Erba Brasil. Nelson has extensive experience in business development as a specialist in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Nelson is a chemist by training, honored with the Cândido Fontoura Necklace of Pharmaceutical Industrial Merit, and served as a member of the Board of Directors of Sindusfarma and Abifarma.

Director of Connect Partners, Elizio has more than 25 years of experience in sectors such as IT and Professional Services. Previously, he was Sales Director of Fidelity BPO Brazil and T-Systems, Brazil, a Deustshe Telekom company, as well as Director of Financial Industry line of business of Unisys, Brazil. During 8 years, he managed the corporate finance consulting practice of Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for financial advisory, mergers and acquisitions.

Elizio holds a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial FEI and holds an MBA from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado – FAAP.

Director of Connect based in Rome, Italy, Neide previously was General Manager in-charge of HR, Planning & Quality of Ambev and Vale, Administrative Director of Varig Log and Locamerica, and HR Director of Sauipe and Bravante Group. She has significant experience in restructuring business units and in managing strategic projects such as mergers, acquisitions and IPOs.

Neide holds an MBA in Logistics from COPPEAD (UFRJ) and in Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), Corporate Leadership Program from MIT and a degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Federal de Viçosa (UFV).

Analyst at Connect Partners, Victor participates in M&A projects, preparing industry sector analysis, information memorandums, valuations and presentation materials for clients. Previously, he did an internship program at Zydus Cadila in Human Resources and Marketing. Soon after graduating in 2018, he started his own business and participated in the purchase negotiations of a traditional ice cream parlor chain in Rio de Janeiro.

Victor has a degree in Business Administration from IBMEC in Rio de Janeiro.

An intern at Connect Partners, Dunia assists in M&A projects conducting desktop research of strategic and financial targets and prparing presentations for clients. She is also involved in administrative activities of the office. Dunia is responsible for planning M&A Day events for clients in several sectors.

Dunia is studying International Relations at Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado and Naturology at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
